Raven Boats was founded on the water, literally.

Our founder is a certified 60-ton Marine Captain with over a decade of professional maritime experience, but his love of boating started far earlier, growing up on Salt Spring Island and spending his life exploring the BC coast. From owning a yacht charter company to captaining marine vessels around Vancouver, his life has always revolved around the sea.

Those early days on the water inspired more than just a career — they sparked a mission to design boats that make getting out there simpler, safer, and more rewarding.

After years spent researching and testing a wide range of vessels, Raven was launched with one purpose: to offer inflatable boats that truly meet the demands of our West Coast waters.

Every detail has been chosen with intention — from the build quality to the layout — to support real boaters in real conditions.

But it’s about more than just the gear. It’s about access. It’s about adventure. And it’s about building connection on the water, not just getting across it.
