Welcome to Raven Boats. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of our products and your access to our website at www.ravenboats.com. By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Raven Boats is a Canadian-owned company specializing in premium inflatable boats designed for real-world recreational use and coastal exploration.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications, and imagery. Our boats are engineered to consistent design standards, and all listed specifications reflect the intended production configuration.

From time to time, minor refinements may be made to materials, components, or construction methods as part of ongoing product improvement. Such refinements do not affect the intended performance, safety, or use of the product and do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Raven Boats reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully processed.

Raven Boats reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Raven Boats is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is unused
  
• Has not been inflated, assembled, or installed
  
• Is in original condition
  
• Includes all original packaging, documentation, and accessories
  

Return requests must be submitted in writing to ravenboatsinc@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which is standard for large, freight-shipped inflatable boats.
  
• The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, administrative processing, and inventory handling.
  
• Restocking fees apply regardless of reason, including change-of-mind or ordering errors.
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, freight, insurance, and carrier fees.
  
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured method. Raven Boats is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Boats that have been inflated, used, or exposed to water
  
• Custom or special-order products
  
• Clearance or final-sale items
  
• Items damaged due to improper unpacking, handling, use, storage, or repackaging
  

Exceptions

• If a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error, Raven Boats will provide return instructions and may, at its discretion, waive restocking fees or return shipping costs.
  
• Determination of defects or shipping errors is made solely by Raven Boats following inspection.
  

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (minus restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs) are issued within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty

All Raven Boats include a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of Raven Boats products involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Boats shall not be liable for injury, property damage, loss, or incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Users are responsible for safe operation, proper setup, and compliance with all applicable boating laws and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of Raven Boats. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Community Conduct

Participation in Raven Boats community platforms, including the Owners Group and social channels, requires respectful and constructive engagement. Raven Boats reserves the right to remove users who violate community standards or engage in abusive or disruptive behavior.

11. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Force Majeure

Raven Boats shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
