Welcome to Raven Boats. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing and using our products, and for browsing our website at www.ravenboats.com.

Raven Boats is a Canadian-owned company specializing in premium inflatable boats built for real-world use and coastal exploration.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. Please note that features, materials, or images may change without notice as we continuously improve our boats.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods. A confirmation email will follow your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Returns must be requested in writing to ravenboatsinc@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.
A 25% restocking fee may apply to items removed from their original packaging, even if unused.
No restocking fee applies if the product is returned unopened and in original packaging, or if the return is due to a confirmed shipping error or manufacturing defect.

The following are non-returnable:

Boats that have been inflated or used
Custom/special orders
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged due to improper unpacking, use, or repackaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise instructed. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Raven Boats is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds (minus any applicable fees) are issued within 10 business days of inspection.

7. Warranty

All Raven Boats include a 4-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or modifications. View full warranty details [link or mention where available].

8. Limitation of Liability

Raven Boats is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always operate responsibly and follow local boating regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, product designs, images, and branding are the property of Raven Boats. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

10. Community Conduct

Participation in our Owners Group or social platforms requires respectful engagement. We reserve the right to remove any members who violate group standards.
