Where We Ship

We ship Raven Boats to most cities across Canada.

All boats are shipped on a pallet to your nearest freight depot.

Customer pickup is required.

Why Depot Pickup?

Raven Boats are shipped on a dedicated pallet and handled as a single unit from origin to destination.

By avoiding residential delivery and multiple hand-offs, we significantly reduce the risk of damage during transit.

The boat is loaded once, secured on a pallet, and remains untouched until you collect it at the depot.

Delivery Timeframe

Western Canada: 2–3 business days once shipped

Eastern Canada: Approximately 7 business days once
shipped

Shipments depart twice weekly

Remote locations may require additional transit time

Flat rate: $250 to most cities

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information is provided once your order ships

For security and fraud prevention, the freight carrier will
require government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup.

The name on the ID must match the name on the order

The ID must match the credit card used for purchase

This is a standard requirement for freight shipments of
high-value goods

If the order is placed using a business card or
third-party payment method, please contact us prior to shipping to ensure a
smooth pickup process.
